👤 Personal Identifiers

Driver name and employee ID associated with shift records for operational accountability.

How We Use Your Information

Data collected is used to record and verify food waste collection operations, enable data verification by our data team, support operational reporting and client billing, ensure driver and site safety compliance, and improve app performance and reliability.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on The Waste Lab's secure servers hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. Photos are stored in private cloud object storage. Access is restricted to authorised The Waste Lab personnel only. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared internally with The Waste Lab operations and data teams. Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities if required by UAE law.
